Signs. Imogene, the image gallery is to the right. In it you will find concept designs for a 4'x4' sign and 4'x8' vertical sign. Both are double sided and include solar lighting. I added them to photos to help picture them. Obviously they can be placed anywhere. Also any aspect of the design can be changed.
I can do the 4'x4' for $400 and 4'x8' for $800... I'm not charging for time or labor. If anyone asks just refer them to me or say $800 for the small one and $1600 for the large one.
You do not have to buy these signs, I just want you to see how the logo looks on them.
Logo.
I added the windmill and water tower to the logo we discussed and also added a color version. I'm happy to make any changes or adjustments you prefer. The last gallery has all the logo options, feel free to share the link with your son.

- SIGN STRUCTURE
This is a natural wood sign with vega posts and removable directionals. It is treated for water resistance.
- LIGHTING
All the lighting is solar. The smaller lights that can be accessed are inexpensive and can be replaced if needed easily. The lights at the top of the 8' sign are way brighter and more expensive. I use cheap ones at the bottom because they aren't worth enough to steal... I'm using really nices ones on the top because they are much harder to steal.
- CHANGABLE PLAQUES
Only the middle two directionals are removable/ swappable. When nothing is going on store them, this way you're not constantly pointing out the entries. I'm including (3), two for your production crews and one for 'Events'. To remove them you just pull on them.
- INSTALLATION
Due to my injuries I can't install these. But they are asy to install. All your ranch guy has to do is dig holes for the posts and fasten the main sign to them... I'll deliver everything pre-assembled.
