Private Canopy with catchment-latrine solar shower (Apr-Sep) filled w 40 gal. non-potable water per 2-night visit, (2) chairs, (1) table, detergent-free all body wash, bathroom tissue, human & pet bio-waste bags, disposable gloves, 7 gal. non-potable water per 2-night visit, access to area firewood, lined trash bin w/ complimentary (non-bio waste) disposal per 2-night visit. 

ABOUT SHOWER: Within an uber-clean outdoor private enclosure, the sun unheated water decends by gravity.  The water evacuated through drain onto the earth. Thus, guests must use non-detergent soaps and shampoos. Non-detergent  bodywash is a provided amenity.

ABOUT LATRINE: The uber-clean latrine is within a private enclosure. Below the toilet seat within a self-enclosed base is a bio-waste bag lined bucket. Access to the based is behind the latrine: simply remove the sanitized bucket, add bio-wast liner, use the small shovel to fill bag with 1/4in of desert sand. Guests are responsible for disposing their biowaste off property. The latrine is cleaned and santized after guest check-out and again the day of guest arrival. Bio-Waste liners and bathroom tissue is a provided amenity. 

NM EPA has banned actual outhouses. The fine for burying human waste is $500 per incident. Guests must not bury bio-waste of any kind on property whatsoever.

This pull in/back in site can also easily accommodate 30' RV's and Campers on a level earth surface. 

Dogs, cats, horses are welcome. Pet Bio-Bags are a provided amenity. You must pick up your pets bio-waste and dispose of it off-property. Ours is a pristine film enviroment. This is strictly enforced. 

Found pet waste is sent for DNA testing at a cost of $125. If attributed to a guest pet, the minimum fine is $500 per incident inclusive of the DNA test. 

Just 100' from the canyon rim. Hai-Fat Canyon runs 2500 ft, 250 ft across, and 175' deep. Experience majestic 360 views, epic sunrises and stargazing. Access into the canyon gulch is 500' from this campsite. 

Smoking: is strictly prohibited on property.

Fire: Only permitted within firepit when winds are below 15 mph. Regardless of the conditions, if asked to put out fire the guest must comply. Charcoal, paper, nor plasitc is not allowed in pit. Guests may source wood from dead stock on property. Dowse fires with water only. A bucket with non-potable water is a provided daily amenity for fire use.
