We work directly with filmmakers, studios, and small to medium business to bring them online, on time, and on budget. In the aspect of websites, currently we do not work with enterprise level businesses.

  • Creative Process

    CREATIVE PROCESS: The creative process is unique to each category of work. See this page ‘primary image’ for details.


    DEVELOPMENT: Your contract is for Final Work only. All developmental concepts, works, and ideas not incorporated into the final remain the property of its creative author (i.e., the conceptualist). 


    OWNERSHIP: All works remain the ownership of its creative author unless commissioned as ‘Work For Hire’. Most projects are Work For Hire, however this is not absolute in every case. Ownership and rights are specifically negotiated and outlines in each project contract. Upon final payment, Work For Hire clients will receive a ‘Rights Transfer’ document for the Final Work element. This document legally releases all rights of the final work to the commissioning agent or company.  


    COVID UPDATED PROCESS: Health and safety is our highest priority. To ensure the safety of everyone, Scaramanga Ranch has new protocols in alignment with State and Area Health Orders. 


    ONLINE GROUP MEETINGS ONLY: Collaborative meetings of more than 3 persons is strictly online for time being. Due to our crowded schedule all meetings must be scheduled in advance. You are welcome to call us anytime. 


    ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS: For the most part these too will be video calls. If it’s necessary to meet in person we will accommodate you. 


    PAYMENTS: Deposits and balance payments must be made online. 


  • In House or On Location

    Assume every project is fulfilled at and on the Scaramanga Ranch production office unless otherwise negotiated. 


    Some projects may require on-location work and travel as outlined and jointly agreed to within the Agreement. In these cases, all expenses associated with on-location work are the responsibility of the client. 


  • Credit Applications
